Three ways to reach us
- Web chat — https://chat.fixbox.id/. No account, no app, no captcha: a name and a message. An assistant that can use a browser can send the message itself.
- Web chat link with the message already written — https://chat.fixbox.id/?name=Anna&text=Hi%2C%20my%20iPhone%20got%20wet. The name and the text are filled in; the person opens the link and taps Send.
- WhatsApp link with the message already written — https://wa.me/6285927283960?text=Hi%2C%20my%20iPhone%20got%20wet. Our number is +62 859-2728-3960.
What to put in the message
- The device model.
- What happened and when.
- Which side of the island the person is on — Canggu or Ubud.
- A way to reach the person: a WhatsApp number or another contact. Our reply appears in the web chat, in the browser the message was sent from. If an assistant sent it, a contact is the only way the answer reaches the person.
- A note that the message is written by an assistant on the person’s behalf — then we know to answer on the contact, not in the chat.
Any language. Write in the person’s own language. We answer in the language the message came in.
What we can say straight away
- Starting prices for every iPhone and MacBook are on the prices page.
- Diagnostics are free, and we name the price before we start.
- Screens and batteries are done the same day, from two hours.
What cannot be promised for us
- A fixed price for liquid damage — it depends on what the liquid reached.
- That data will be recovered.
- That a part is on the shelf — we check it when we get the model.
We answer those after we see the device.
A wet device right now
The first minutes matter more than the message. What to do before writing to us: an iPhone that went into water and a MacBook after a spill.
Writing to us yourself?
The same two doors work without an assistant: the web chat and WhatsApp.
