Can I get my iPhone repaired in Ubud without going to Denpasar?
Yes. Our workshop is in Sambahan, a few minutes from Ubud centre. Screen and battery
replacements are done on site, usually within an hour.
How long does a battery replacement take?
About 45 minutes for an iPhone. Message us on WhatsApp beforehand with your model and
we will have the battery ready when you arrive.
My MacBook got wet in the rain. Can you help?
Yes — liquid damage is one of our most common repairs during the rainy season. Keep
the device switched off and bring it in as soon as possible so we can clean the board
before corrosion spreads.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
No. Diagnostics are free and we confirm the exact repair price with you before we
start. If you decide not to proceed, you pay nothing.
Which Apple devices do you repair?
The whole Apple range — iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods and iMac. In
Ubud it is mostly phones and laptops belonging to people who work remotely.
I am only in Ubud for a day. Can you repair it before I leave?
Usually yes. Screen and battery jobs are finished within an hour, so people drop the
device off before the Campuhan ridge walk or the monkey forest and collect it after.
